Lakeside Exteriors offers decorative concrete for both residential and commercial applications.  The designer look of stamped or stenciled concrete is available for both pre-existing and new concrete installations.

Features and Characteristics

• Architectural Design Concrete is durable and long-lasting. It is available with a support maintenance contract to maintain the “like-new” beauty for many, many years.
• Unlimited colors, textures, and patterns.  Can be designed to give a variety of appearances:  brick, stone, cobblestone slate, flagstone, tile, wood, weathered wood. (View photos here).  
• Two processes available:  Architectural Design Stamped Concrete (new installations) and Architectural Design Stenciled Concrete (overlay old concrete).

• Surfaces are non-skid.
• Use on any existing concrete surface – or on new concrete surfaces (pools, patios, walkways, porches, steps, courtyards, entrances, driveways – artistic designs are only limited by your imagination).
• It can be blended with other bricks, stones, wood, existing structures, etc.  The final look is very natural and authentic and well integrated with the surroundings.
• A cost-effective method to add beauty to plain, weathered, stained concrete.
• Withstands hot sun, freezing cold and other weather extremes.
• Surface is hard –very hard – not effected by mildew, oils and most other chemicals.
